Alastro

Discover the pure expression of Sicily in this fresh, organic white wine from Menfi DOC. Made from 70% Grecanico and 30% Sauvignon Blanc, Alastro is named after a wildflower that grows among the vineyards. The grapes thrive on medium-textured, lime-rich soils dotted with abundant pebbles, giving the wine a unique mineral foundation. 

In the glass, Alastro displays a very light yellow hue with green nuances. On the nose, aromas of mountain herbs, yellow flowers, Williams pears, and a hint of honey unfold, refined by subtle accents of saffron and flint. On the palate, the wine is fresh and soft, carried by the characteristic finesse of Grecanico.
