Allez Sante! Is a wine that Niepoort has specially designed for the Belgian market. "Allez Santé Branco his first edition was released in 2011. After a chilled transport to Quinta de Nápoles, the grapes enter the cellar, where a full selection takes place on a sorting table, and are pressed in an automatic press. After brushing, the must turns into stainless steel barrels, where the wine is spontaneously fermented at a controlled temperature. They mature for 6 months on their fine dregs.
