Arbois Savagnin Ouille 'Nature'

Domaine Rolet Arbois Savagnin Ouillé is an authentic white wine from the Jura, made from 100% Savagnin. For this cuvée, Domaine Rolet selects grapes from the Gaillard and Château Gimont vineyard parcels in Montigny-lès-Arsures, a terroir distinguished by its marl soils, which are particularly well suited to Savagnin. This remarkable origin gives the wine its distinctive character and strong sense of terroir.

This wine showcases the unique personality of the Savagnin grape in a pure and refined manner. The result is a characterful Jura wine that performs equally well as an apéritif or at the dining table.

Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in barrel, after which the wine is aged for nine months in oak. This careful winemaking process contributes to the wine’s complexity and harmony.

Serve at 8–12°C as an aperitif or alongside shellfish, seafood, fish dishes, and cheeses.
