Treiso has the poorest soil of all 5 Sottimano vineyards, resulting in riper and more elegant wines. A beautifully elegant and refined expression of Nebbiolo. Pajoré shows a lovely core of red and purple fruit, complemented by spicy notes of lavender, eucalyptus, and licorice. A deep, complex wine with structured, powerful tannins that frame the wine. Remember to age this wine in your cellar for a few years before tasting; your patience will be rewarded! Limited production of 6000 bottles!
