Belgian Owl 5 Years Old is a tribute to the pure essence of the Hesbaye terroir. Made from barley sourced from the expansive fields of Hesbaye and water drawn directly from the local spring, this Single Malt combines the purity of its origin with traditional craftsmanship. After a double distillation in authentic pot stills, the distillate is aged for at least five years in first-fill bourbon casks from the Kentucky Heaven Hill Distillery.
On the nose, vibrant notes of yellow fruit and soft vanilla immediately stand out, emphasizing the whisky’s round and enticing character. 
On the palate, intense hints of vanilla and caramel emerge, followed by a surprisingly long finish with subtle nuances of toasted oak, illustrating the delicate maturation and maturity of this Single Malt.
