Giuseppe Quintarelli’s Bianco Secco is a rare and characterful white wine from Veneto, perfectly reflecting the estate’s timeless philosophy. Sourced from vineyards in the hills around Negrar and crafted with the same uncompromising precision as the iconic red wines, it showcases the surprising depth and elegance of Quintarelli’s white wine style.

In the glass, it shows a bright golden-yellow colour. The nose is refined and layered, with aromas of ripe apple and pear, dried flowers, almond and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is dry and structured, offering a smooth texture, vibrant acidity and a long, elegant finish that recalls great white Burgundy rather than a classic Valpolicella wine.

The wine is made from traditional local white grape varieties, including Garganega, Trebbiano and Saorin, and fermented with native yeasts. Slow ageing, partly in oak, adds complexity and ageing potential without sacrificing finesse.

Serve at 10–12?°C, with refined fish dishes, poultry, white meats or as a gastronomic aperitif.

A white wine for true connoisseurs, with clear ageing potential and a unique position within the Quintarelli range.
