Bico Amarelo

Bico Amarelo represents the diversity of the region and embodies the essence of its main grape varieties: Loureiro, Alvarinho, and Avesso. This light, refreshing wine is rich in intense aromatic nuances. 

The grapes were hand-harvested, with whole clusters pneumatically crushed, and the must was cold-decanted for 24 hours. It was then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (14-16?) and aged on the lees. 

The result is a wine with a bright yellow hue accented by green tones, a fresh, lush nose dominated by citrus and tropical notes, and a vibrant, balanced palate with a long, refreshing finish.
