Bila Haut 'Occultum Lapidem'

Bila Haut Occultum Lapidem is a refined blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, and Vermentino from Côtes-du-Roussillon, characterized by its complexity and minerality. The wine has a beautiful golden color and a nose with aromas of apricot, peach, and toasted floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and full, with a perfect balance between minerality and creaminess—thanks to aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and demi-muids. Excellent with chicken tajine with apricots or dorade in a salt crust.
