Bone Dry Riesling

After careful fermentation in stainless steel and tonneaux, the wine matured sur lie for added texture and tension. The result is a Riesling that lives up to its name: dry, vibrant and crystal-clear.

In the glass, it shines pale yellow. The nose is fresh and fruity: stone fruit, citrus and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it’s taut and energetic, with playful acidity and a refreshing flow.
