Buss Olive Oil N°1 Extra Vierge

BUSS N°1 Family Reserve Extra Virgin is a 100 % Andalusian olive oil made from Picual olives, cold-pressed within three hours of harvest. This premium oil captures the pure essence of our olives and delivers a refined, versatile flavor for every kitchen.

It is produced by cold pressing only hand-picked, perfectly ripe Picual olives. With no additives or heating, the delicate polyphenols and antioxidants remain fully preserved, lending a fresh and gently peppery aroma that elevates the quality of every dish.

In the glass, BUSS N°1 displays a clear golden-green hue. On the nose, you’ll detect nutty and subtly fruity notes with a hint of fresh herbs. On the palate, a velvety texture emerges, followed by a pleasant, mild peppery finish.

Use it cold as a topping for salads, carpaccio, or roasted vegetables, or warm (< 180 °C) when cooking meat, fish, and poultry.
