Buss Olive Oil N°3 Curcuma

Experience BUSS N°3 Curcuma Family Reserve: a spicy, lightly earthy olive oil blending 96 % extra virgin Picual with 4 % turmeric extract. This unique fusion combines the health benefits of turmeric with the soft character of first cold press, making it ideal for both cold and warm dishes.

The turmeric extract, rich in anti-inflammatory curcumin, is gently macerated in our cold-pressed olive oil to preserve the antibacterial properties and antioxidants of both ingredients without any artificial additives.

In the glass, the oil glows golden yellow with a warm hue. On the nose, peppery and fresh notes unfold, while on the palate you first taste a hint of heat and turmeric, followed by soft olive nuances and a gentle spiciness.

You can use this olive oil cold as a dressing for salads or to accompany dips, and you can also heat it gently (below 180 °C) when preparing meat, fish, or vegetable dishes to bring out its full flavor profile.
