In the glass, the oil exhibits pronounced garlic and chili melodies on the nose, while the palate is first greeted by a spicy, savory burst. This is followed by a creamy olive texture and a lingering, warming finish that enhances dishes from Asian stir-fries to Mediterranean bread dips.

You can use this olive oil cold as a dip for fresh bread or vegetables, and you can also warm it gently (up to 180 °C) in stir-fries and spicy marinades to bring out its full aromatic profile.
