Côtes du Rhône 'Belleruche'

Côtes-du-Rhône Belleruche, a refined Côtes-du-Rhône, is composed of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, Clairette, and Bourboulenc. The wine exhibits a beautiful golden-yellow hue and a nose full of intense aromas of apricot, fennel, and iris. On the palate, it is complex and elegant, with a round structure and a fresh finish in which subtle anise-like notes emerge. Thanks to careful vinification and aging on fine lees, the wine’s rich expression is fully revealed. Ideal when paired with grilled sardines or dorade à la plancha.
