Annamaria's Mono-cépage, made from 100% Pinot Nero from three certified organic vineyards, takes you through the evolution within the bottle. After an 8-month fermentation, this cuvée rests in the bottle for no less than 9 years. This results in a fine and extremely delicate effervescence on the palate.
