With Dosage Zero, Ca’del Bosco highlights the purity and vinous character of the three classic franciacorta grape varieties. A specific blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Bianco from 24 certified organic vineyards brings out the expression of the terroir. The wine then undergoes a 5-month fermentation in oak barrels. Its development in the bottle for 48 months ensures a delicate palate.
