Ca'del Bosco Vintage Collection Dosage Zéro Noir Riserva

Dosage Zéro noir is made from Pinot Noir grapes from three certified organic vineyards located in Iseo. The must undergoes fermentation for 5 months in small oak barrels. After aging for 8 years and 5 months in the bottle, the wine is disgorged without any liqueur d’expédition, which enhances its purity and clarity.
