This single vineyard Amarone reflects the specific signature of the terroir: powerful and complex, yet with an elegant, precise structure.

In the glass the wine shows a deep, compact ruby colour with ripe, dark hues. The nose unfolds layers of stewed red and black fruit—cherries, plums and figs—complemented by notes of dried fruit, cocoa, coffee and warm spices. Subtle smoky and terroir driven nuances add further depth.

On the palate Campolongo di Torbe is rich and concentrated, with a full body and a velvety texture. Ripe, well integrated tannins provide structure and balance, while the long, layered finish confirms the fruitiness and complex oak tones in perfect harmony. The wine combines intensity with retained freshness, making it both impressive and drinkable.

Production follows the classic appassimento tradition: strictly selected grapes undergo controlled drying to concentrate aromas and sugars, followed by careful vinification and extended ageing that refines complexity and enhances ageing potential.
