Cassiopea (a blend of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Merlot) revives the tradition of great rosés from Bolgheri, known for their extraordinary savory notes and freshness. The wine captures the color and intensity of Bolgheri's summer sunsets and is named after the constellation that lights up the sky above the Poggio al Tesoro estate.Cassiopea is pale gold-pink in color. Bursting with juicy mandarin, watermelon, salty grapefruit, and crisp nectarine, it is packed with energy and fresh fruit. With excellent structure and a superbly delicious taste, Cassiopea is an ideal aperitif and pairs perfectly with light fish and vegetable dishes and bruschetta, thanks to its slightly saline note.
