Cava Mont Ferrant Brut L'Americano

This Cava Mont Ferrant Brut L’Americano comes from the Cava region in Catalonia and presents itself as a modern, lively sparkling wine with a fresh, fruity character. Made to be enjoyed immediately, it offers an inviting combination of sparkling freshness and gentle roundness, making it equally at home at informal gatherings and festive occasions.

In the glass it shows a clear straw yellow colour with fine, persistent mousse. The nose opens with fresh citrus and ripe white fruit, complemented by subtle floral notes. On the palate it is fresh and fruity, with lively acidity that balances the flavours and a soft, lingering finish that invites another sip.

Vinification follows the classic Cava method: gentle pressing, controlled fermentation and careful blending to preserve the fresh fruit aromas. The second fermentation in bottle provides the fine mousse and refined texture.

Serve at 6–8 °C. Excellent as an aperitif; pairs particularly well with seafood, light fish dishes, tapas and soft cheeses.
