Filled with the pure passion of the red sandy plains of Vittoria, nestled between the sea and the Iblean mountains, this wine captures the essence of island culture. “Cerasuolo” is derived from the Sicilian word for cherry. This blend of 60% Nero d’Avola and 40% Frappato exudes liveliness and character.

Grown on loose, red sandy soils featuring a crucial tufa layer that perfectly regulates the water balance, the grapes flourish in a unique environment at 70–80 meters above sea level. The result is a wine with a sparkling, pale ruby hue and an aroma that immediately transports you—think of Marsala strawberries, mulberries, and pomegranate, accented by an unexpected touch of Eastern spices such as sandalwood and Sichuan pepper. On the palate, the wine combines vibrant acidity with a full, rounded finish laden with sweet cherries and subtle balsamic notes.
