Château de la Galinière Ste Victoire Rosé

With low yields per hectare and a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine boasts a concentrated structure and intense aromatic profile.

Following manual harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and minerality. The wine is then briefly aged on its lees and bottled at the château without stabilizing additives, ensuring a pure expression of terroir and fruit.

In the glass, this organic Rosé shines with a vibrant salmon-pink hue and silver highlights. The nose displays bright, fresh citrus and grapefruit notes underpinned by an elegant mineral backbone.
