Château de Selle Rosé is an elegant and characterful rosé from the AOC Côtes de Provence, originating from an estate nestled among pine forests and overlooking a picturesque landscape. The vineyard covers 93 hectares and is planted on a diverse terroir of gypsum, red clay, gravel, and stones, contributing to the refined and mineral style of this wine.
In the glass, this rosé reveals a bright pale pink color with subtle golden hues. The nose is refined and complex, offering delicate toasted notes alongside aromas of white peach and citrus fruits. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and generous, with a juicy texture supported by beautiful mineral tension, followed by an elegant and persistent finish marked by a hint of grapefruit zest.
The blend consists of Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, and Syrah, carefully selected to create a harmonious and well-balanced expression that combines finesse with depth.
Serve this rosé chilled at around 8–10°C with refined fish dishes, light Mediterranean cuisine, or summer salads. A stylish and sophisticated rosé for lovers of complex Provence wines, ideal for gastronomic occasions and with excellent potential to further develop its elegance through a few years of bottle ageing.
