Château Romassan Rosé is an expressive and structured rosé from the AOC Bandol, produced on a vast estate with ninety hectares of vineyards spread across the eight communes of the appellation. The vines are planted on marl and limestone soils that are particularly well suited to Mourvèdre, giving the wine its distinctive depth and structure. The interplay between valleys and elevated terraces creates a harmonious balance between freshness and power in this refined rosé.

In the glass, the wine displays a bright peach hue. The nose is intense and expressive, offering aromas of citrus fruits, melon, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is structured and generous, revealing flavors of white fruit and citrus supported by exceptional elegance. The finish is fresh and vibrant, marked by a clear and refined freshness that brings both length and precision.

The blend is composed predominantly of Mourvèdre, complemented by Grenache and Cinsault, resulting in a wine that combines structure, aromatic richness, and elegance.

Serve this rosé lightly chilled at around 10°C with Mediterranean cuisine, grilled fish, or refined salads. A gastronomic and characterful rosé for lovers of more structured styles, ideal for culinary occasions and with the potential to evolve further in the bottle.
