The wine displays a clear, golden-yellow hue and offers a nose with floral notes of vineyard blossom and lily. On the palate, it starts with a fresh, structured onset, followed by aromas of candied citrus fruits and a long, elegant finish. Part of the vinification takes place in large oak barrels, adding extra depth and complexity. Perfect when paired with a scallop carpaccio featuring lime and Espelette pepper.
