This wine comes from Von Buhl's Manufactured Line, meaning top-tier quality using grapes from trusted grower friends, vinified with the same uncompromising precision as their own estate wines. Fermentation takes place in tonneaux followed by sur lie maturation. The result is a Chardonnay that is both surprising, layered and razor-sharp.
