Chardonnay

Discover this iconic, 100% Chardonnay from Menfi DOC, a benchmark in the evolution of Sicilian wine. The grapes, grown on the unique terroirs of Ulmo and Maroccoli, flourish on soils abundant in pebbles, dark vegetation, and a lime-rich, slightly chalky matrix. 

After a hand harvest, the grapes are cooled, gently pressed, and fermented in 225?L Allier oak barrels, achieving the perfect balance between creaminess and refreshing acidity. 

In the glass, the wine shows a rich, light golden hue with transparent elegance. On the nose, aromas of ripe yellow peaches, acacia honey, and marzipan dominate, subtly complemented by hints of grains and toasted nuances. On the palate, a soft structure, pleasant freshness, and a slight mineral touch come together to create a powerful and balanced finish.
