Colbaraca

Colbaraca is Masi’s contemporary take on Soave Classico Superiore. This organic white wine, made from Garganega grown in the historic Soave zone, is crafted to clearly express the terroir and the appellation’s characteristic elegance.

The wine opens with fresh, floral aromas and subtle white fruit. On the palate a distinctive, pleasant acidity emerges, supporting a fresh, fruit-driven profile and a delicate, balanced finish. Light to medium-bodied, it delivers a pure expression that shines both as an aperitif and with Mediterranean dishes.

Best enjoyed well chilled. It pairs particularly well with antipasti, light pastas, risotto, grilled vegetables and chicken, and surprisingly well with sushi and sashimi.
