This organic white wine from Herdade do Esporão is crafted from native grape varieties including Verdelho, Alvarinho, Viosinho, Arinto, and Gouveio. Sourced from 14-year-old vineyards rooted in schist and clay soils, the grapes are harvested early to preserve maximum freshness. Fermentation and four months of aging take place in tulip-shaped concrete tanks, which are porous and neutral in aroma, allowing the pure fruit character to shine.
The result is a clear straw-colored wine with golden hues, offering an intense aromatic profile dominated by stone fruit. On the palate, it is elegant and fresh, with a long, vibrant finish.
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light starters and Mediterranean cuisine.
