Costamolino

Discover Costamolino Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, made from 100% Vermentino grown in Sulcis, southwest Sardinia. The grapes thrive on the hills of Medio Campidano, where alternating layers of sandstone, lime-rich clay and a constant salty sea breeze create pronounced minerality. The wine ages “sur lie” for four months in stainless steel tanks, which adds elegance and depth.

In the glass, Costamolino shows a bright straw yellow colour with pale green highlights. The aroma is subtle and refined, with notes of citrus zest, white flowers and a hint of green apple. The taste is dry, vibrant and juicy, with crisp acidity and a soft saline undertone.
