Cuvée Etoile*

The Cuvée ‘ Etoile ’ is a blend from vines planted on the schistterroirs of Clos Mireille, the limestone soils of Château de Selle and sandstone plots of Château Romassan, aged 25% in ceramics. The wine evokes aromas of oak, smoke, lemon, peach, red berries and iodine. Cuvée ‘ Etoile ’ is fleshy and balanced with clear acids and a mineral, licorice-like finish.
