Disueri

Disueri Tenuta San Giacomo Sicilia DOC Nero d’Avola from Cusumano is an expressive representation of Sicily’s signature grape, grown on the sun-soaked southern slopes of Tenuta San Giacomo at 400 metres altitude. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, followed by at least five months of ‘sur lie’ aging, adding depth, silky textures and layered complexity before bottling.

In the glass, Disueri reveals a deep ruby-red hue with purplish accents. The bouquet opens with ripe black fruit intertwined with Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, rich, supple tannins balance beautifully with a fresh, lively acidity. The finish is long, warm and spiced, with inviting notes of ripe plum and herbal touches.
