Etna Bianco

Alta Mora Etna Bianco DOC from Cusumano is an elegant expression of the volcanic terroir at the foot of Mount Etna, crafted by Alberto and Diego Cusumano with unwavering passion for their homeland. This 100% Carricante matures at 600–750 metres elevation, where cool nights and warm days ensure slow, harmonious ripening, while the white, chalky lava sands impart a refreshing minerality.

In the glass, Alta Mora Bianco reveals a bright straw-yellow hue. The nose is marked by ripe citrus, grapefruit and lemon lifted by green apple, white flowers, and a whisper of volcanic smoke.

On the palate, it’s silky and vibrant, driven by playful acidity and a pronounced mineral backbone. The finish is long and invigorating, with lingering notes of almond and a subtle saline character.
