In the heart of Etna, the grapes grow on perfectly positioned land, black lava sands rich in minerals, surrounded by ancient forests and more recent lava flows, at altitudes between 510 and 610 meters. This unique terroir bestows the wine with a robust character and an intense, expressive color that sparkles in the glass like a deep ruby. 

After a careful hand harvest, the grapes are processed with respect for their origin. A prolonged maceration of 16 to 18 days achieves a perfect balance between strength and finesse. The wine greets you with inviting aromas of vanilla, sour cherry, and wild strawberry, subtly enhanced by a fresh, floral touch. On the palate, you experience a juicy, full structure with complex nuances of undergrowth, myrtle, oriental spices, and surprising hints of iron, rhubarb, and black pepper.
