Fresco di Masi

Fresco di Masi Rosso Verona IGT is a fresh, organic red wine from Verona that unites tradition and simplicity. Made according to Masi’s philosophy of minimal intervention and respect for the vineyard, this Rosso is an honest, unfiltered expression of local valley grapes.

In the glass it shows a clear ruby red colour with a youthful sheen. The nose is inviting and fruit driven: pomegranate like notes, blackcurrants and subtle cherry nuances typical of wines from the Verona area. The aromatic profile is fresh and lively, with a pleasant directness.

On the palate Fresco di Masi Rosso is smooth and accessible, with juicy red and dark fruit, mild tannins and a refreshing acidity that emphasises easy drinkability. The wine has a light, vital character and invites immediate enjoyment while offering enough structure for food pairing.

Serve lightly chilled at around 14–16 °C. Fresco di Masi Rosso is ideal as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with simple Mediterranean dishes: pastas with light sauces, grilled vegetables, charcuterie and soft cheeses. Thanks to its organic character and immediate fruitiness it is also a pleasant companion at summer gatherings.
