Gruner Veltliner Alte Reben 'Ried Lindberg'

This Grüner Veltliner is far from an ordinary white wine, it's a tribute to tradition and timeless craftsmanship. Originating from the prestigious Erste Lage Lindberg, located on south-facing terraces behind the historic city center of Krems an der Donau, it blends finesse with strength.

The grapes, grown on vines over 80 years old rooted in loess-rich soils with deep mineral character, are carefully vinified. Long skin contact, slow fermentation at its own pace, and extended aging on fine lees result in a wine of deep complexity and a clear yellow hue with silvery reflections. 

The nose is seductively aromatic: ripe melon, kumquat and a hint of papaya delicately framed by tobacco notes. On the palate, you discover grapefruit and candied orange, supported by elegant acidity and a silky mouthfeel. The finish is both powerful and refined.
