Idda

IDDA, which is the local name for the Etna volcano, is a project of Gaja in collaboration with the renowned winery Graci. The wine reveals seductive aromas of quince and glazed lemons, accompanied by dried herbs and subtle floral notes. With a medium body, it presents itself as fresh and tight, combining a lively character of juicy pears with a spicy acidity. The wine exudes energy and is characterized by a crisp minerality.
