Il Seggio

Poggio al Tesoro's Il Seggio has made a significant leap forward in quality and intensity in recent years. Named after the Seggio stream that flows through the estate's vineyards, it is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. The wine reveals soft, ripe cherry fruit with a lot of smooth texture on the finish. The tannins are gentle, and the wine spreads evenly across the palate.
