Cantina Privata Boscaini Mazzano is a carefully selected Amarone from the historic zone of Valpolicella Classica, sourced from the best plots around Mazzano. This cru release reflects the individual signature of the vineyard and the family tradition of meticulous attention to quality and expression.

In the glass the wine shows a deep ruby to garnet colour. The bouquet is rich and layered: ripe cherries and black plums are framed by notes of dried fruit, cocoa and dark chocolate, complemented by subtle hints of spice, tobacco and sweet vanilla. On the palate Cantina Privata Boscaini Mazzano is powerful and concentrated, with a velvety texture, ripe yet firm tannins and a persistent, complex finish where fruit and oak harmonise.

The wine is made according to the classic appassimento method: carefully selected grapes are gently dried to increase concentration and aromatic intensity. After fermentation the wine undergoes ageing that settles the structure and refines the layers of aroma and flavour, resulting in an elegant yet impressive Amarone with great ageing potential.

Serve at 16–18 °C in large glasses to allow the aromas to fully open. Cantina Privata Boscaini Mazzano pairs excellently with rich dishes such as roasted beef, game, slow cooked stews and powerful aged cheeses. It is also particularly suited as a meditative wine for moments of quiet enjoyment.
