Meri Vermentino di Sardegna

Merì is the benchmark for fresh, pure Vermentino from Sulcis, in the southwest of Sardinia, where the wines develop a saline-mineral signature. This 100% Vermentino grows on lime-rich clay and sandstone layers, with a constant sea breeze and warm days alternating with cool nights that allow the grapes to ripen aromatically.

In the glass, it shows a soft straw yellow hue with green reflections. On the nose, lively notes of citrus, white flowers and ripe stone fruit emerge. On the palate, Merì presents itself as vibrant and balanced, with crisp acidity carrying a subtle bitterness and a saline undertone that perfectly frames the fruity and spicy nuances.
