Monocasta Aragonez

Esporão Aragonez is a full-bodied single-varietal wine crafted from the elegantly aromatic Aragonez, sourced from the Canto do Zé Cruz Vineyard at Herdade do Esporão, planted in 1980. Hand-harvested grapes were initially fermented in marble lagares via foot treading, then completed in concrete tanks under controlled conditions. 

Aged for one year in new French oak barrels followed by at least two years in bottle, this wine offers a deep garnet hue with prominent spice and wood notes, subtle hints of truffle and red berries, and a balanced, persistent finish.
