Cà Maiol Negresco Vino Rosso is the result of a bold, stylish approach to red winemaking on Lake Garda, inspired by the flair of the French Riviera. This cuvée blends several local red varieties, carefully selected and sometimes lightly dried, to create a rich, characterful wine that is both refined and inviting.

In the glass Negresco shows a deep purplish red, with immediate notes of red and black fruit. The nose unveils a harmonious mix of ripe berries, dark spices and subtle oak; on opening, additional aromas of ripe fruit and spice emerge. On the palate the wine is fleshy and enveloping, with silky, precise tannins, a refreshing dynamic and a lingering finish where fruit and spice resonate.

Vinification focuses on maximum flavor extraction: selected grapes, partial appassimento where appropriate, controlled fermentation and more than a year of ageing in French oak barriques, which provide structure and refinement.

Serving temperature: 14–16 °C. Food pairing: spicy pasta and rice dishes, grilled or roasted meats, spit roasted pork and mature cheeses. 

Negresco appeals to lovers of rich, elegant red wines; it delivers immediate pleasure and has several years of ageing potential for those who wish to further develop its oak and fruit complexity.
