Private Selection

This exclusive Semillon comes from a single organically certified vineyard in Palmeiras, on the Herdade dos Perdigões estate. The 26-year-old vines grow on northeast-facing, deep clay soils that enhance the wine’s aromatic character and freshness. 

After gentle pressing, the must fermented in 550L French oak barrels. The wine then aged for six months on fine lees with bâtonnage, enhancing its creamy texture and depth. It matured a further six months in bottle to develop its signature complexity.

In the glass, it shows a straw-yellow hue with golden highlights. The nose reveals apricot, ripe lemon, white pepper, and fresh almond. The palate is rich and intense, with white-fleshed fruit, spice, and a long, elegant finish.
