Prosecco Sacchetto Asolo DOCG Brut

This Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut comes from the Colli Asolani and is made from 100% Glera from estate vineyards. It is a modern, refined Prosecco with a pronounced fruity character that remains delicate and light in style, ideal as an aperitif but also versatile at the table.

In the glass it shows a clear golden colour with fine, persistent perlage. The nose is elegant and floral, with fresh fruit notes of white peach and citrus. On the palate it is fresh and rounded, persistent and well balanced, with lively acidity and a pleasant, slightly bitter finish.

Serve at 6–8 °C. Excellent as an aperitif and particularly successful with fish antipasti and medium aged cheeses.
