Prosecco Torresella Extra Dry

Torresella Prosecco DOC Extra Dry is a fresh, inviting sparkling wine from the eastern part of the Veneto region, made from the classic Glera grape. Coming from flat soils deposited by ancient glaciers and rivers, it delivers a light, aromatic style that perfectly reflects the liveliness and terroir of the Veneto.

In the glass it shows a pale straw colour with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is delicate and fresh, lightly floral and fruity with notes of green apple, pear and a subtle citrus zest. On the palate the wine is well balanced: gentle fruit, pleasant freshness and an elegant tension that makes the Extra Dry style both approachable and enticing.

Serve chilled at 8–10°C in a medium sized tulip glass. Lovely as an aperitif and an excellent match for flavourful or mildly spicy bites, as well as fish and seafood dishes, light antipasti and delicate cheeses.
