Raventós i Blanc Blanc de Blancs is born in Vinya del Llac, a historic plot located in northern Penedès. The clay-rich soils slowly release water throughout the growing season, while the limestone subsoil dotted with pebbles limits the water reserve. Thanks to the nearby lake, the climate remains tempered and the grapes ripen slowly and evenly.

This sparkling cuvée brings together the indigenous varieties Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada, enriched by a rare touch of estate-grown Malvasia de Sitges. Each variety undergoes separate fermentation in stainless steel vats to preserve the purity of the fruit. This is followed by a second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method, and extended sur lie aging that imparts a silky mousse and nuanced complexity.

When served, the Blanc de Blancs displays a pale straw-yellow hue traversed by a constant stream of fine, elegant bubbles. The nose unveils fresh, fruity aromas of green apple and juicy pear, punctuated by bright citrus zest and a hint of white flowers. These aromas promise a pure and welcoming first impression.

On the palate, the wine marries a lively acidity with a subtly saline minerality reminiscent of a sea breeze over limestone. A gentle brioche note, developed during sur lie aging, lengthens the finish in a delicate and refreshing fashion, underlining the elegance of each sip.

The Blanc de Blancs shines both as an aperitif during festive gatherings and in pairing with lemon-drizzled oysters, refined ceviches, or light sushi. Its pure freshness and mineral character make this effervescent gem a perfect invitation to toast to life.
