Saar Riesling

An excellent Riesling - Estate wine from the steep slopes of the Saar, characterized by a dry taste profile. Counted on Devonian rock with Rhyolith and parts of volcanic quartz porphyry rock.This aromatic, dry Riesling is made from extremely ripe grapes from vines at least 30 years old. The slate layers contribute to the creation of a seductive, aromatic blend of mirabelle, elderflower and white peach tones.
