Saint Joseph 'Deschants'

Saint-Joseph Deschants is a refined Syrah from Saint-Joseph, characterized by its floral and spicy aromas. The wine displays a deep garnet color and offers a nose with notes of violets, licorice, and spices. On the palate, it is smooth and elegant, dominated by red fruit and featuring a long, spicy finish. Vinification takes place in open concrete tanks, followed by aging for 12 to 18 months in barrels, partly in oak casks. Perfect when paired with game dishes, lamb, and soft cheeses.
