Saint Joseph 'Le Clos'

Saint-Joseph Le Clos is a powerful Syrah from Saint-Joseph, sourced from a terroir with granite soils. The wine exhibits a deep garnet to near-black color with purple reflections and presents a nose with aromas of dark fruit (cherry, blackberry), graphite, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is rich and elegant, with silky tannins and a long, aromatic finish. Vinification is carried out in small concrete tanks, followed by 20 months of aging in oak barrels (25% new oak). Excellent when paired with game dishes and roasted meats.
