Saint Romain 'Sous le Château'

This cuvée comes from a more calcareous surface. The vines have an average age of 40 years.“ Sous le Château ” was requested to be bottled as Premier Cru soon. Delicious floral and citrus notes with a special minerality. On the palate you get aromas of toasted bread, acacia honey, vanilla and nuts. A full and juicy wine, with a very nice minerality.
