Shamaris

Shamaris Tenuta Monte Pietroso Sicilia DOC from Cusumano is a tribute to the native Grillo grape and the remarkable Sicilian terroir. At 400 metres elevation, with northern exposure and steep slopes, the vines thrive in Sicily's characteristic climate. 

In the glass, Shamaris shines with a pale golden colour and subtle green reflections. The bouquet opens with crisp notes of green apple, lime, and white flowers, complemented on the palate by refined hints of almond and a pure minerality. 

Vibrant acidity gives structure, while the soft texture from 'sur lie' aging delivers a silky body and an elegant, lingering finish.
